Frequency band representations in Korean amateur radio permit show the center frequency of the band.

For example, 145.000MHz in the permit means 144.0-146.0MHz band. So the permit holder is allowed to operate all through the band.

KARL has been asking our government to add English writing to the permit but it is not realized yet due to the law change required.
